Catamaran Cruise

I guess my first seafaring experience and I totally loved it. It was a wedding anniversary gift from Ram.

We arranged for a catamaran cruise through White sand tours. From our experience they were real professional tour operators. They had pickup and drop to the jetty. When my parents where here for a holiday, we made sure they too had an experience of the catamaran cruise.

The catamaran can accommodate close to 30 people.
The cruise timing was from morning 8:00 to evening 4:00. First we were off to watch the dolphins. It was a lovely sight!! A school of dolphins swimming in the ocean. Where you see the dolphins depend on the season. I guess around December is the best time to get a closer view. You can always check with your tour operators.

We really hoped we had DSLR camera to capture the doplhins better. We did have Sony handycam and we did get some good video shots.

Then the catamaran was anchored and people were off snorkeling and the crew prepared barbecue. Lunch was served once all were on board. A decent meal. For veg meal you need to mention while booking for the cruise.

Once lunch was done all were enjoying the sea breeze, and a few were off for an afternoon siesta.

I would recommend Catamaran cruise a must experience whilst in Mauritius. I truly enjoyed the jaunt!!
